Description: Del-Val 111 Non-Fibered Roof Coating is a non-fibrated asphalt coating that is used to prevent moisture penetration and protection of a variety of roof surfaces. After the product is applied it forms a smooth, flexible shell that helps resist the entrance of moisture and has excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces.

Uses: Del-Val 111 Non-Fibered Roof Coating is used for exterior below-grade masonry and block walls where no hydrostatic pressure is present. It is used for coating all types of smooth surface asphalt roofs and can also be used to protect wood and metal above or below-grade.

Preparation: All surfaces must be clean and free of any oil, grease, dirt and all other foreign matter. Must stir coating before using.

Application: Can be applied using: brush, roller or heavy duty spray equipment. Allow 24 hours drying time before backfilling against the foundation walls. Do not apply over wet/damp or frost covered surfaces.


Masonry Surfaces: apply at the rate of approximately 1 to 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.

Roofing Surfaces (smooth asphalt surfaces): apply at the rate of approximately 1 to 2 gallons per 100 sq.ft.

Cleanup: Clean tools with mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
