Del-Val 203 Water-Based Bonding Adhesive bonds single-ply roofing membranes to a wide range of roofing surfaces and dries quickly without the strong odors and potential hazards associated with solvent-based adhesives. Once established the bonded application provides a dependably strong performance.

Uses
Del-Val 203 Water-Based Bonding Adhesive is great for attaching single-ply roofing membranes like TPO, EPDM & PVC to all roofing surfaces.
Preparation
All surfaces must be clean and free of any oil, grease, dirt and all other foreign matter.
Application
Apply to a clean, dry surface using a roller or spray equipment. For best curing results, temperature should be a minimum of 40°F with humidity less than 90%.
Coverage
Apply at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 – 120 sq. ft. to the underside of the membrane and same rate to the roof surface. For wet lay-in application or if installing a fleece backed membrane apply to roof surface only at the minimum rate of 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. The adhesive’s cure time will be extended when applied at higher application rates.
Cleanup Del-Val 203 Water-Based Bonding Adhesive
Clean tools with Del-Val Orange Cleaner & Degreaser or mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
