DescriptionDel-Val 401 Fibered Foundation Coating is a fibered asphalt coating that is used to prevent moisture penetration through foundation wall surfaces. After the product is applied it forms a fiber reinforced shell that helps resist the entrance of moisture through foundation walls.

Per Square (Per Coat)
UsesDel-Val 401 Fibered Foundation Coating is used for exterior below-grade masonry and block walls where no hydrostatic pressure is present.
PreparationAll surfaces must be clean and free of any oil, grease, dirt and all other foreign matter. Must stir coating before using.
ApplicationCan be applied using: brush or roller. Allow 24 hours drying time before backfilling against the foundation walls. Do not apply over wet/damp or frost covered surfaces.
CoverageApply at the rate of approximately 1 to 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
Cleanup Del-Val 401 Fibered Foundation CoatingClean tools with Del-Val Orange Cleaner & Degreaser or mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
PrecautionDO NOT THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER. DO NOT store in an area where temperatures exceed 120˚F
