United Asphalt Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial roofing and roof restoration solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Lorady to Regional Director of Sales. In his expanded role, Lorady will oversee branded product sales and outside sales representatives across eight states, supporting contractors, distributors and roofing professionals throughout the eastern and midwestern United States.

Since joining United Asphalt Company in 2020, Lorady has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting distribution partners and expanding the company’s presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic region including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. His promotion and additional coverage into Ohio and Michigan, reflects both his contributions to the organization and United Asphalt Company’s continued commitment to growth across its core markets.
Lorady’s extensive experience in the building materials industry has helped established him as a trusted resource for contractors, distributors and industry partners. His expertise includes sales leadership, negotiation, operations management, retail sales, pricing strategy and commercial roof coating systems.
